What are the Arrival and departure time ?

Our rooms are available from 2pm and check-out can be done until 12 noon. We can keep your belongings if you arrive before 2pm or if you leave Perpignan in the afternoon.

Is the City Center far from the hotel ?

The hotel is located in the city center of Perpignan. If you want to reach the Historical center, the heart is located at 1km (12min walking distance).
By bus, you should count 15 min.

Do you have a meeting room ?

Our meeting space overlooking the patio of the hotel, is now available for a maximum of 10 people. It is the perfect choice for your gatherings and conferences, really close to the Railway station of Perpignan. Please ask for more details.

How can I reach the beach from the hotel ?

Sandy beaches are reachable by taking the bus N°3 to Canet Plage in 45 min or Barcares with the bus N°10 (1h approx.).
If you prefer more intimate, rocky and exclusive beaches, the best is to reach Collioure, Port Vendres, Banyuls sur Mer, … by regional buses or train. It takes from 20 to 45 min. 

Where can I park my car next to the hotel ?

Different possibilities are available.
We have a partnership with the EFFIA Perpignan Gare for which our preferred rates are 7.00 (instead of 19.50€) for 24h00 car park, one exit. The access is located at the corner of Boulevard du Conflent and Avenue de Grande Bretagne.
You can also park in the streets around the hotel which is free of charge from 6pm until 9am everyday, and all day during weekends and bank holidays.
If you have a disabled park card, you can park on any authorized place in the streets, it will be free of charge.
On motorcycles, locations opposite the hotel entrance are available.

Can I work at the hotel without a guestroom booking ?

As we should not forget to work, our dining room and our terrasses welcome you all day long with our coworking formulas. It can be for few hours or full day, we are available to make you have a great day at work.

The price is €7 for the day, and includes WiFi, electric plugs, printing, unlimited water, coffee and tea. For more confidential moments, we offer our shared meeting room, at a rate of €10 (without drinks). If you want to add unlimited hot drinks, it will cost you €10 + €7.

You also have the possibility of privatizing the room, allow €30 for 1 hour (maximum 10 people and subject to availability).

Can I book beds in a shared dorm with my minor child ?

For the well-beeing and the safety of everyone, the bookings and the access to shared dormitories are not allowed to children (17 yeard old and below), even if accompanied by a legal representatives.

Can I have a drink at the hotel ?

Our Bar offers only local and regional soft drinks. We serve drinks on the terraces of the hotel to enjoy time with your friends but also to meditate on the next day trip.

What options do you have for breakfast ?

Buffet breakfast is served in the dining room and the terrasses with organic and regional products, from 7:00am to 10:00am and is available at 11.00€ per person.

Kids from 2 to 10 have breakfast available at 5€ per kid and per day (with parents having a paying breakfast). The meal is free for kids below 2.

It is composed by fresh bread, pastries, brioche (only on Sundays), fruit juices, hot drinks, jams, honey, butter, fresh fruits and cereals.

We try our best to share with you local and regional products as for the coffee, the fruit juices, the bakery, the jams and the honey.

We also propose an Express Formula at 4.50€ per person, including a hot beverage, a fruit juice and a danish pastry.

Breakfast is not available in the guestrooms.

A dedicated corner in the dining room allows you to have coffee or tea at every moment of the day.

What about the accessibility in the hotel ?

As we do not have a lift, we cannot host people with a severe motor disability. The rooms are accessible only by stairs and are located either on the first or second floor.
We are equipped and trained for hosting people with visual and hearing disabilities. Unfortunately, we do not sign LSF but we are always willing to learn new signs when possible. 

Is the luggage service available for everyone ?

The luggage service is available for our guests but also for anyone who wants to visit Perpignan hands free.
No need for reservation, 5€ per luggage and per day (included in the room rate for our guests).

Where can I store my bicycle during my stay ?

Our secured luggage room is available to host your bicycle during your stay.
